How it works

Two Steam games. Does the second one have more reviews — or fewer? Real numbers from the Steam store. One wrong call ends the run.

  • You see a game with its number revealed, and a second game with its number hidden.
  • Guess whether the second game's number is higher or lower. Get it right and it becomes the next game to beat.
  • Pick your metric: total Steam reviews, or the share of positive reviews. Both come straight from the Steam store.
  • It starts easy and gets tight fast — by round ten the gaps are small.

Frequently asked

Where do the numbers come from?

Both metrics are public Steam store data: the total number of user reviews and the share of them that are positive. imho.run refreshes them continuously.

Why reviews and not player counts?

Steam doesn't publish sales or owner counts, and any "owners" figure online is an estimate. Review totals are exact and public, so every answer here is honest.

Which games show up?

Well-known games with at least 10,000 Steam reviews — no DLC, no adult titles.
