About this list
Many people bought Elden Ring for the open world, the builds and the dark fantasy, and quit at the third boss that took forty tries. That's not a failing. It's just not the game for them.
This list starts from Elden Ring and removes every game players tag as Difficult or Souls-like, plus PvP-focused games, so no invasions either. Expect open-world RPGs and action games with a friendlier learning curve.
What the filter removes
Not too hard removes games whose top 10 player tags include Difficult or Souls-like. It goes by how players tag a game, not by an official difficulty rating.
No PvP removes games where PvP is the point: games whose top Steam tags include PvP, Competitive, Battle Royale, Hero Shooter or MOBA; multiplayer games with PvP and no single-player mode; PvP MMOs; and PvP games that sell in-app purchases. Games with an optional PvP mode alongside a single-player or co-op campaign stay on the list.
